FICTIONAL PROJECT EXAMPLE

A calmer way to collaborate

A fictional portfolio case study about bringing team conversations, decisions and progress into one clear workspace.

Product strategy and interaction design

This is illustrative portfolio content for a fictional profile. It does not represent a real client engagement or a deployed product.

The project

The example brief explores a common challenge: decisions get lost between messages, documents and task boards. The proposed workspace gives each project a shared decision log, a focused task list and a clear place for updates.

The contribution

Aarav's fictional role covers mapping the team journey, organizing the information architecture and designing a reusable set of interface components. A real portfolio should distinguish the work you owned from the contributions of your teammates.

The design process

Start by understanding how a team makes and finds decisions. Sketch a small set of workflows, prototype the most important screens and test whether people can locate an update without searching several tools. Document changes made after feedback.

What the case study should demonstrate

Show the original problem, the design decisions and the evidence behind each change. Include readable screenshots, accessibility considerations and honest limitations. Report measured outcomes only when you collected the underlying evidence.
